Since 1961, Truss Engineering has been designing and building floor and roof trusses. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality product in a wide range of configurations. With the help of automation in our shop and a group of designers with extensive truss knowledge, we are able to provide customers with a product that fits their needs. Paul Griswold
President
Paul worked at Truss through college (North Adams State) and joined the company full-time in 1986. Paul is the President of Truss Engineering, spending most of his time creating truss designs, both in the field and in the office. Paul has built ten houses in the past. Paul and his wife and three children reside in Monson.
Clay Maloney
Designer
Clay interned at Truss while earning his degree in Architectural Engineering Technology at Vermont Technical College. After graduating in May of 2003, Clay became a Designer for the company. Clay resides in Westfield.
John Goodrich
Senior Designer
John is a Senior Designer and has been with Truss Engineering for ten years. John is a graduate of UMass. – Lowell, and was in the construction business before coming to Truss. In addition to creating truss designs in the field and in the office, John manages our information systems. John, his wife, and two children live in Monson.
Adriano Santos
Senior Designer
Adriano has been with Trussec for 18 years, progressing from the labor ranks to Shop Superintendent and recently to Senior Designer. Adrian and his wife and two children reside in Ludlow.
Joe Henley
CFO
Joe is the CFO of Truss Engineering. Joe spent 19 years in the golf industry in sales, marketing, finance and general management positions. Joe and his wife and two children live in Longmeadow.
